The Refreshing Twist

• Shots: 2 (Double shot)
• Water: 0ml (replaced by Tonic)
• Milk: 0ml
• Mixer: 150ml Tonic Water, Ice, and a slice of Lime/Lemon
• History: A modern „Third Wave“ coffee invention. It started in 2007 at Koppi Roasters in Sweden after a staff party where they mixed left-over coffee syrup with tonic. It has since become the ultimate summer drink for specialty cafes.
