Jejich výraz představuje výjimečnou bohatost kořenitých not pepře Timut, koriandru a guinejského pepře, které se rozvíjejí do sladkých vůní citrusů: Ichangensis (yuzu), hystrix (combava), což jsou variace exotických citrónů. Chuťový výraz je hedvábný, zaoblený, harmonický, svěží a proto se tento unikátní gin dokonale hodí i k přípravě koktejlů.

A quintessential London Dry Gin, Beefeater has a remarkably clean flavour, with a bold juniper character that is balanced with strong notes of citrus.

Based on Founder, James Burrough’s original 19th century recipe, the botanicals in Beefeater London Dry are steeped for 24 hours prior to distillation resulting in a complex, yet perfectly balanced gin of depth & integrity.

With over 200 years’ distilling heritage, Beefeater Gin was born and bred in the heart of London, where it remains today, as the only historic dry gin still distilled in the city.

Beefeater Pink Strawberry is our vibrant strawberry gin. It's made using the same recipe as the original Beefeater London Dry (The World's Most Awarded Gin), with an infusion of natural strawberry flavouring to give it a fruity, strawberry twist.

Monkey 47 Gin

What's the story? 🤔

Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin is distilled in-house in the Schwarzwald (Black Forest) region of Germany. The ‚47‘ in the name comes from both the 47 botanicals used and the 47% ABV. Meanwhile the ‚monkey‘ element refers to the story of a British Air Force Commander who helped rebuild Berlin Zoo after the war, including sponsoring an egret monkey (depicted on the label) and later opening a Black Forest guesthouse called ‚The Wild Monkey‘ at which he served his own gin.

Monkey 47 Gin founder Alex Stein discovered this story and was inspired to create a new gin, even using records of the original recipe as inspiration, such as including lingonberries, cranberries and spruce shoots amongst the botanicals.

Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin

Netradiční gin spojuje dvě domoviny Jacobuse ‘Bobbyho’ Alfonsa. Rodnou Indonésii a nizozemský Schiedam, kde se usadil později. Stojí na receptuře prastarého nizozemského likéru z jalovce, jeneveru (ano, praotce britského ginu) ve spojení s indonéskými bylinami a kořením, které do něj Bobby přidával, aby si připomněl své kořeny.

Výsledkem inspirace touto fúzí a několika let pečlivého ladění je parádní Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin s výrazně kořeněným charakterem v kombinaci se záplavou svěžích citrusů a bylin. Exotický vítr v ginových plachtách.

Gordon's Gin je dnes jednou z nejstarších značek ginu na světě. Jeho výroba je stále poctivá, protože destilát se destiluje třikrát během deseti dnů, než se stáčí do lahví. Gordon's London Dry Gin vyvinul Alexander Gordon, skotský Londýňan, v roce 1769. Gin tehdy míval v Anglii nevalnou kvalitu, a ještě horší pověst. Alexander vlastnil malou palírnu v Southwarku a neúnavně pracoval na zlepšení kvality této lihoviny, čímž způsobil revoluci ve výrobě ginu. Toto výrazné zlepšení kvality destilátu se dostalo až do královské rodiny, které gin zachutnal natolik, že jej britští králové a královny vyznamenali.
